5. The Service Provider reserves the right to process User's data after the termination of the Agreement or after the withdrawal of consent only to the extent of the need to seek possible claims in the court or if the law obliges the Service Provider to retain data.

6. Access to data is secured so that the effects of possible data security breaches are minimized.

7. Personal data is processed only by personnel authorized by the Service Provider.
